If there has previously been active and working services at the address but the previous provider has ordered a disconnection (physically disconnecting the service at the local exchange or cabinet), technician charges will apply to reconnect the services. This covers a technician working from your local roadside cabinet or exchange to reconnect and test the services. This can be ordered for $150.00, if you are unsure please contact our helpdesk.
New Line Install
If your property requires a new service lead to be installed from the roadside to the building/house, please make sure you select on order that you do not have an active Internet Connection.
